Condition Grading Scale
We understand that representation of an item's condition is extremely important to you and your collection. We take great pride in authenticating, examining and disclosing each item's overall condition in an accurate and complete manner.
You'll find that for sealed collectibles, particularly VHS, Laserdisc, Betamax, Video Games and Toys, as well as a few other specific items we offer, we incorporate actual photos of the item offered. For all other listings stock photos are used.
Grading scale pertains to both new and used items.
C-9 - The package or
item is in the same near mint condition that it was in when originally shipped
from the factory. Flaws may include very minor wear.
C-8 - The package or item has minor to more noticeable shelf
wear. Packaged items may exhibit minor wear including but not limited to dents,
scratches, creasing etc. Books, comics, magazines and tie-in novelizations may exhibit minor wear including but not limited to creasing or stickers present, but are complete without torn or missing pages or writing (stamps may be present).
C-7 - The package or item has moderate wear. Packaged items
may exhibit heavier wear including but not limited to heavier creasing, more
severe bubble indents, sticker tears, etc.
C-6 - The package or item has heavy wear or notated damage.
